The collar is of decent quality and very lightweight. The cat hardly feels it, but it has a synthetic smell. It does glow at night.

My cat has a tiny neck and the design is slightly flawed but manageable it sticks out bc i use till the last hole. It flows although not too much but for the price it’s pretty well.

My kitten likes it. A little big on him but that is ok. It is big enough for him until he res he’s adulthood. Soft plastic. Luminaries at night. Has a bell, but i removed it.

Yes i highly recommend this glow in the dark small collar it is very cute i only have it on the number three latch there’s still two more latches that you can put on this it also has a red bell because my son’s cat oliver likes to escape well no more escaping and now he’ll even be hurt and seen in the dark thank you for sending the shipping was great wonderful he’s going to love it highly recommend
